Staged to Sell is a full-service design agency owned and operated by our Creative Director, Melanie. We help people across the Twin Cities transform their homes with home staging, interior design services, and home improvements and renovations.

How Does Staging a Home Work With
Staged to Sell?

Consultation
The first step is to schedule a complimentary consultation call with our lovely creative director, Melanie. You’ll then schedule a home tour to get a feel for your space. Following the tour, we’ll put together a custom design plan for your home and budget. Please note: There is a $200 home tour consultation fee deposit that comes off your final bill.

Proposal
After we’ve created a custom design, we’ll put together a proposal. This outlines the number of rooms being staged, your design and property goals, the time frame, and, of course, your budget. Once you’ve accepted the proposal we move on to the fun part!

Staging
It’s S-day! Our team brings in our hand-selected furnishings we’ve chosen to transform your space. We carefully install and place everything so it’s just right as well as provide any care instructions. You sit back, have some iced tea, and enjoy feeling like you're on a home renovation show.

SOLD
Once a hot offer is made, we return to remove and deconstruct the staging. We leave your property as we found it and ready for the new buyers to make it their own.
